How is my order shipped?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 days in transit) or USPS First Class Mail (3-4 days in transit), depending on your choice at checkout. Shipping prices are calculated based on the total price and destination of your order.
Any domestic orders over $50 receive free shipping automatically at checkout!
Our international shipping rates are based on weight and vary by region. You will see shipping costs to your region during checkout. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International Service, which generally takes between 7-21 days from shipment date to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times and packages have no tracking. For international orders over 4lbs, we ship via USPS Priority International. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations, such as duties, that may apply to your order, as we are not responsible for additional fees.

Can I combine discounts? A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Yellow Owl Workshop has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
United States: duties are included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
International shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Yellow Owl does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
