Are Returns Free? All US orders enjoy free return shipping.

Please note your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns from International destinations.

Why wasn't my shipping refunded? We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders.

What is your return and exchange policy? We aim for 100% satisfaction for everyone and, if for any reason you aren't satisfied, just send the item on back.  We have a no-questions-asked 30-day free return policy for items purchased on our website. Simply contact us to start your return and make sure you ship it back by the end of the 30-day return window.

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, be in their original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging (vial or box included).

We are unable to process returns purchased from other stores other than our website.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Yellow Owl Workshop has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.

How do I start a return or exchange?We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your Yellow Owl purchase and we want to make it right! Please send us an email to initiate your return. Be sure to include your full name and Order # in your email. We will respond within 1-2 business days with your return label and instructions for your easy return.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Yellow Owl Workshop will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

When will I receive my refund? Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement!

How do I return a gift? We offer store credit for gift orders, and our 30-day return policy will be extended to a 60-day return window until further notice. Please make sure the return guidelines are met in order for the credit to be applied. In case you missed them: please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry.

Store credit will be issued to your Yellow Owl Account, so be sure to create one prior to sending your return back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

Send us an email to request your return label. Please also let us know your Order #, the address where the returned items will be shipping from (if different from the address they were shipped to by us) and the email address associated with your Yellow Owl account so we can apply the credit once processed.

Do you have a jewelry Quality warranty? We sure do!  Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.

We offer discounts for those that purchase more than 50 or more units of a single item. Please fill out this form and we will sends you loads of stuff!

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Free shipping is applied after discount.  If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. We sure do! Just select the country you’d like to ship to when filling out the “ship to” form at check out. Be sure to check with your local customs office about rules and regulations such as duties that may apply to your order, as we are not responsible for additional fees. 

California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their orders. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside of California.

Stamping

For best results use on cotton, linen or other natural fiber. Use a fabric with a tight weave for detailed stamps. Set iron to appropriate fabric setting and press (without steam) for 10 seconds or put on high heat in dryer for 15 min. Always test first on fabrics. We use muslin, tea towels, t-shirts and canvas totes all the time with super results.

Ink up your stamp and press it onto your preferred surface, as you would if stamping on paper. The trick is to heat set it to make it permanent. You can use a heat gun or hair dryer on low to dry the inked area. After a few passes with dryer let the surface cool and you should be good to go!

At this time we are not able to make custom stamps but thanks so much for asking! We think carving custom stamps is super cool and fun. Try it yourself by ordering ourCarve-A- Stamp Kit. This kit contains all the materials and instructions for you to create a stamp with any image you like! 

Our all-purpose ink pads are not just any old dye-based ink pads. Made following strict quality and safety standards, they are permanent on paper, fabric, wood and more! The only thing the ink pads aren't good for is ingesting! They taste terrible.

Our mini Chroma ink pads are archival and made with pigment ink for stamping exclusively on paper with crisp details and bright hues.

We do not currently grant usage of our stamps to create goods to be sold. Please use our stamps for fun, non-commercial uses only.
