Returns + Exchanges

We shoot for 100% satisfaction all of the time, so if you are not over the moon with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund, minus shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unused, in original unopened packaging. Merchandise not in above stated condition is not eligible for return.

Please drop us a line at info@yellowowlworkshop.com and we will send instructions to begin the return process. Customers must pay for return shipping. Once merchandise is received at our studio, we will issue a refund.
